1. Service Overview
Midjourney Video provides:
- AI-powered image-to-video generation (5-second clips)
- Custom animation, motion, and camera settings
- High-resolution video rendering and downloads
- Team collaboration workspaces
- Commercial usage and distribution licenses

2. Acceptable Use
Permitted Activities:
- Personal video creation
- Professional content production
- Uploading reference images you own or have rights to use
- Non-commercial sharing and portfolio display
- Client collaboration within agreed licenses

Prohibited Conduct:
- Adult or explicit content creation
- Copyright or trademark infringement
- Bulk video generation for resale of stock footage
- Reverse engineering or scraping our AI models or API
- Automated scripts that circumvent rate limits or security

3. Intellectual Property
- You retain ownership of your uploaded images and prompts
- AI-generated videos grant you a worldwide, non-exclusive commercial license
- Midjourney Video retains ownership of underlying models and code
- You may not use generated content to train competing models
- Report IP concerns to [email protected]

4. Payments & Refunds
- Subscriptions renew monthly or yearly until cancelled
- 7-day refund window for first-time subscribers
- Failed payments may suspend service after 3 days
- Chargeback fee of $25 applies
- Price changes notified at least 30 days in advance

5. Safety Protocols
- 18+ age requirement
- Automated moderation filters for harmful content
- Content violating policies may be quarantined or deleted
- Secure file deletion 30 days after generation
- All traffic encrypted via TLS/HTTPS

6. Liability
- Midjourney Video makes no warranty regarding video originality or suitability
- Maximum aggregate liability limited to fees paid in the preceding 6 months
- You agree to indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your use of the service

7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County.
